Over 17 years we have dispersed $640,000 in scholarships. We have helped 3,555 students in need attend a camp of their choice.

• Average cost of a camp is $180-$450.

• $60,000 will be distributed in the spring that will give 330 kids a scholarship.

• We finance all sports and activities from cheerleaders camp, horse back riding to football, basketball, and STEM camps

Our Mission Statement

The mission of Camps for Kids, Inc. is to provide scholarship opportunities for local students who would like to attend established athletic academies, sports camps and any activity of choice including STEM camps, dance schools, art academies and summer schools. Need based scholarships are provided to qualified students recommended by their teachers/coaches/counselors who would otherwise not be able to attend a camp or academy. Camps for Kids, Inc. provides financial support to new and existing programs who need assistance in order to compete.

Camps for Kids, Inc. was founded in 2008 by Oregon
Sports Hall of Fame high school basketball coach Nick Robertson.
